One measly pound all week - not nice! But I did the right things and am ever so pleased with my exercise. I feel great.
Even had a glass or five of wine yesterday and it was a lovely evening where I completely relaxed. Food is going fine, I have not had any major cravings, feelings of deprivation or was particularly hungry at any stage. My mind games seem to be working - as disgusting as they are.

Hey, you know how much a pound in flour is? Now add up many of those and feel how much you've already taken off your body! Not sure which part of where on your body, but I'll leave that up to your vivid imagination. As long as you remember FLOUR, gooey and white and yummy flour, used for making bread .... ;-)
